occupational therapy

Participants with an NDIS plan can access occupational therapy services. 

We will work with you to establish a clearly written service agreement. 

If you have a Veteran Gold Card or Veteran White Card you can access occupational therapy services.

You will require a referral from your GP, medical specialist, treating doctor in hospital or a hospital discharge planner to receive occupational therapy services.   

If you have a  home care package you may be able to access occupational therapy services. 

You will need to discuss your need for occupational therapy services and a referral with your home care package provider.
